The Capitol Graduate Research Summit (CGRS) is an event that presents graduate students from the universities of the state an opportunity to expose state government, education officials, and the public to the quality of graduate research performed in the state of Kansas. This year’s edition of CGRS took place in Topeka on March 22. About 50 graduate students from six Kansas public universities presented their research and how it contributes to the economic development of the state.
I was part of the 8 students who represented Wichita State University at the event. My poster on ‘Location planning of distributed energy resources based on the impact on transmission networks‘ was awarded the ‘Best Poster Presentation’ from Wichita State.
